The cutting and machining processes are separated, incorporating a buffer station in-between to considerably increase productivity. The machining module can be fitted with individual assemblies and tools to provide significant processing variety. The "V-layout" of the saw unit achieves shorter working cycles than ordinary saw layouts. Feed rate and advance motions controlled by servo axis increase the cutting speed and quality.
