According to the Elumatec website, the machine has the following specifications:
- Simultaneous processing of the outer contour as well as the weld seam on the upper and lower surface of the profile
- Four cutter locations for individually assembled sets of cutters
- Spring loaded grooving knives acheive optimum grooving on convex as well as on concave profile sections
- Precise and safe in-feed of heavy and high profile sections (e.g. doors) via adjustable feed mechanism
- Profiles cannot twist as they are fixed by horizontal and vertical clamps
- Cutter diameters of up to 260mm possible for profiles with extreme depth
- Standard equipped blowing device to prevent inaccuracy caused by accumulating swarf
- Versatile thanks to seperate selection of grooving knives and cutters, as well as individual cutter combinations with quick changeover times
- Four cutter positions for freely assorted sets of cutters
- Four cutter spindles for cutter diameters of up to 260mm
- Automatic profile differentation between frames and sashes on cutter positions 1 and 2
